Hello everyone, I'm Jessie or Ruedeechanok Rungruangmaitree from GGAT.
I am 32 years old and run a family-owned business that specializes in women's health footwear. Additionally, before I began volunteering, I worked as a beauty influencer and plus-size model during my spare time.

นอกจากนี้ ก่อนที่ฉันจะเริ่มทำงานเป็นอาสาสมัครกับสมาคมนั้น

I wanted to take a moment to share how my life has transformed since joining GGAT (Girl Guides Association of Thailand). Joining this organization has been a pivotal moment that has had a profound impact on my personal growth and development.
During my teenage years, I was a part of GGAT as a Guide and Senior Guide. I had the incredible opportunity to attend international camps in Korea (2008) and Japan (2009).
Although I couldn't capture those memories with digital cameras or social media, the experiences remain vivid in my heart. The cultural exchanges, friendships, and personal growth I experienced during those camps are cherished and hold a special place in my life.
I miss those good memories. So. 15 years later, I decided to join GGAT again.
First and foremost, GGAT has provided me with a sense of belonging and a supportive community.
ขอเกริ่นเกี่ยวกับที่มาก่อนนะคะว่าทำไมถึงมาเป็นอาสาสมัครของสมาคมฯ
เพื่อแบ่งปันเรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในชีวิตของเจสค่ะ
ตั้งแต่เริ่มเข้าร่วมสมาคมฯ การเข้าร่วมองค์กรนี้ได้เป็นช่วงเวลาสำคัญที่มีผลต่อการเติบโต
และพัฒนาของตัวเจสเป็นอย่างมาก
ตอนสมัยเรียนมัธยม เจสมีโอกาสที่น่าตื่นเต้นที่จะเข้าร่วมค่ายนานาชาติในเกาหลี (2008) และญี่ปุ่น (2009) ถึงแม้ว่าเจสจะไม่สามารถบันทึกความทรงจำเหล่านั้นด้วยกล้องดิจิตอลหรือโซเชียลมีเดียได้
แต่ความประสบการณ์เหล่านั้นยังคงสดใสอยู่ในหัวใจ

The friendships I have formed within the organization have been incredibly meaningful and have brought so much joy and support into my life. Having a network of like-minded individuals who share similar values and aspirations has been truly empowering.

It seems like my life is rapidly growing and changing due to my dedication and efforts in participating in GGAT (Girl Guides Association of Thailand) and the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) in the Asia Pacific region.
These involvements hold great significance and have been immensely valuable experiences for my personal development and enhancement of skills, particularly in management and communication.

Being a National Board member and progressing to the position of Vice Chairman of Training demonstrates my achievements and responsibilities as a leader. It also entails the privilege of managing larger-scale projects like the Silent Auction for Asia Pacific WAGGGS, which is a source of pride and has further honed my planning and project management abilities.

Attending workshops on educational psychology, witnessing charitable performances, and actively participating in charitable endeavors such as being a Giving Day Ambassador have contributed to my skills and understanding in various areas.

Developing proficiency in the English language has been crucial for effective communication with WAGGGS and international engagements. The prospect of representing the organization at the upcoming World Conference in Cyprus is both exhilarating and challenging. It signifies a significant achievement and recognition of my contributions to my profession and involvement in the organization.
I find immense fulfillment in these volunteer activities, as they replenish my spirit from the monotony of my professional work. Although it may mean less leisure time, the value they bring in terms of friendship and life experiences far outweighs the trade-off.

Balancing these activities with other aspects of life is essential, but the fulfillment and valuable experiences they bring make it all worthwhile.
โอกาสในการมีส่วนร่วมกับบุคคลที่หลากหลาย, เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมฝึกอบรม,
มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมกุศล, และแทนองค์กรในระดับนานาชาติ
